Mainly used as a cattle farm for over 40 years, Palermo farm is perfectly located at only 5 minutes away from San Juan del Sur town center.
Palermo has an extension of 800 manzanas (around 1,392 acres) that combines mangroves, flat pastures, virgin forest, waterfalls, creeks, and mountains overlooking the Pacific ocean and San Juan del Sur bay.
In 2004 Da Flying Frog Canopy Tour was created and since then it has been one of the main activities and attractions of San Juan del Sur visited by national and international tourists of all ages.
Because of its geographical characteristics and natural resources, Palermo has a great potential to create and develop a great amount of activities related to ecotourism, like bird watching and hiking; adventure tourism like mountain biking and rappelling; as well as cultural and agricultural tourism.
Come see it for yourself, we are in the process of becoming the main San Juan del Sur attraction, and maybe one day, the main tourist destination in Nicaragua!
